These terms apply when you use the Off Panel app, website and services ("Off Panel"), operated by Contrary Capital Pty Ltd (ABN 77 697 180 920) trading as Off Panel AI ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Off Panel you agree to them. If you use Off Panel for a business, you agree on its behalf.
Off Panel is a software platform for brokers who arrange private, business-purpose loans. It helps you describe a deal, see which listed lenders' published criteria it may fit, prepare a loan summary and send it to lenders you choose.
Off Panel is not a lender, a credit provider or a credit assistance provider. We do not arrange, approve or recommend any loan, and we are not a party to any transaction between you, your client and a lender.
Off Panel is for professional brokers and lenders acting in the course of a business. You must be at least 18 and sign up with a genuine work email.
You are responsible for holding any licence, authorisation or registration your activities require, and for complying with the laws that apply to you, including privacy, anti-money laundering and credit laws.
Off Panel must only be used for loans that are wholly or predominantly for business or investment purposes and that fall outside the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth). You must not use Off Panel for consumer credit, including owner-occupied home loans or loans for personal, domestic or household purposes.
You are responsible for confirming the purpose of each loan and obtaining any declarations a lender requires.
Lender matches, rates, fees, LVRs and other figures shown in Off Panel are indicative only. They are based on information lenders give us, which may be incomplete or out of date. They are not offers, approvals or guarantees, and a lender may decline a deal or change its terms at any time. Each lender sets its own final terms.
Off Panel uses artificial intelligence to understand deals, draft loan summaries and review documents. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. You must check every summary, figure and document before you rely on it or send it to anyone.
Nothing in Off Panel is financial, legal, tax or credit advice.
We check lenders before listing them, but we do not guarantee a lender's identity, solvency, conduct or ability to fund. Do your own due diligence before dealing with any lender.
A Featured lender is shown first only on deals it already fits and is always labelled Featured. Paying never puts a lender on a deal it does not fit.
Off Panel takes no fee, commission or brokerage from any deal. Your arrangements with lenders and clients are your own.
You keep ownership of the deals, documents and other content you put into Off Panel. You give us a licence to store, process and transmit that content to provide and improve Off Panel.
Before you enter or upload information about a client, guarantor or any other person, you must have their consent or another lawful basis to share it with us and with the lenders you send it to, and you must have told them how it will be used.
Nothing is sent to a lender until you choose to send it. Emails to lenders go from Off Panel with you copied in.

The broker plan includes a 7-day free trial, then costs A$89.99 a month (including GST) unless we tell you otherwise. Subscriptions are billed and renewed through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms, and renew automatically until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. The new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period.
Off Panel, including its software, design, characters (such as Marty and Richie), lender data and content, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your business while your account is active.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Otherwise, Off Panel is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost deal or lost data, or for the acts of any lender, broker or other user. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or resupplying the service.
You indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms, or from information you upload without the right to do so.
You can stop using Off Panel and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, puts other users at risk, or is used for consumer credit.
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Off Panel after that means you accept the change.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and of the state or territory in which we are registered, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts there.
